Testing & Compliance Support

Testing and compliance are project-specific. The required documents depend on product use, material formulation, color, construction, age group, food-contact status, destination market and buyer policy. Yobonjee helps buyers identify the information needed for quotation and coordinate available documentation or third-party testing when agreed.

Start with intended use and destination

Tell us where the product will be sold and how it will be used. A silicone kitchen utensil, a food-storage item, a pet accessory and a childrenโ€™s product can have different requirements. The buyer remains responsible for determining applicable laws and confirming that the final product, labeling and claims are suitable for the market.

  • Target country or region and sales channel
  • Intended use, user group and contact conditions
  • Material, color and product construction
  • Required regulation, standard or retailer protocol
  • Report format, laboratory requirement and test sample quantity

Documents must match the project

A general material statement or an old report may not cover a new color, supplier, construction or intended use. Before relying on a document, review the product identification, tested sample, standard, issue date, laboratory and scope. If new testing is needed, cost and timing should be included in the project plan.

YB210 Food Contact Material Testing & Compliance

CTT tested submitted samples identified in its report as โ€œStrech Freshโ€, model YB210, for SHENZHEN YOBONJEE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. The testing period was May 14โ€“19, 2026, and Test Report CTT2605013578EN was issued on May 19, 2026. The accompanying Certificate of Conformity, CTT2605013578EN-CoC, was issued on the same date and refers to that report.

Tested material and scope

The report identifies Material No. 1 as White plastic โ€” Chassis (A/B). The results below apply to the submitted material and the methods and conditions recorded in the report. They do not establish coverage of TPU film, other components, colors, formulations, production batches or catalogue SKUs whose connection to the tested samples has not been verified.

Reported test results

The report references Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and their amendments for the listed migration tests, and Regulation (EU) 2024/3190 and its amendments for BPA testing. CTT records the following conclusions for the assessed sample material:

Test itemReported conclusionReport pages
Phthalate specific migrationPASS2โ€“3
Overall migrationPASS2, 4
Primary aromatic amine migrationPASS2, 5โ€“6
Heavy metal migrationPASS2, 7
Bisphenol A (BPA)PASS; N.D., with an LOQ of 0.001 mg/kg2, 8

For BPA, page 8 records โ€œN.D.โ€ using CTTโ€™s in-house method. The report defines N.D. as not detected below the limit of quantification (LOQ), stated as 0.001 mg/kg. This is a result for the tested material and method; it is not an absolute โ€œBPA-Freeโ€ claim for the complete product or every component. Refer to the full report for the test conditions, limits and qualifications.

The CoC and Test Report are companion documents for the same sample assessment, not two independent certifications. They do not provide blanket approval for the Yobonjee product range or replace a project-specific review of the final materials, construction, intended use and applicable requirements.

Request technical documents for your project

For further technical information, sample identification or confirmation of applicability to your selected product, send a project enquiry or email sales@szyobonjee.com. Please quote model YB210 and your required SKU, materials, intended food-contact conditions and destination market. Additional documents or testing may be needed for components or uses outside the verified scope.

Third-party testing coordination

Testing may be arranged with an agreed laboratory or according to the buyerโ€™s nominated process. The exact sample, test items, pass criteria, report owner and payment responsibility should be confirmed before submission. Testing can extend the schedule, especially when revisions or retesting are required.

Responsible product claims

Website, packaging and sales claims should be supported by evidence that applies to the final product. Avoid blanket claims such as โ€œcertified,โ€ โ€œapproved,โ€ โ€œnon-toxic,โ€ โ€œbiodegradableโ€ or โ€œsafe for all usesโ€ unless the wording and scope are supported. Product instructions and warnings should be reviewed alongside test requirements.

Send the required standard or buyer protocol through our contact page when requesting a quotation. For manufacturing controls, see Quality Control & Inspection. Product categories are available on our product page.

Frequently asked questions

Are all products covered by the same test report?

No. Coverage depends on the reportโ€™s sample identification, material, color, construction, intended use and standard.

Can testing be completed before an order?

The timing depends on sample availability and agreed responsibility. Testing can be planned during development or pre-production as appropriate.

Who decides which standard applies?

The buyer should determine legal and retailer requirements for the destination market, with support from qualified compliance advisers or laboratories where needed.

Social responsibility and supply-chain audits

Manufacturing-site social audits are separate from product and material testing. A selected silicone manufacturing partner underwent a SMETA 4-Pillar audit in October 2026; available findings and follow-up information may be requested through authorized sharing.
