Information required for an accurate quotation
The most useful inquiry includes the product application, dimensions or drawing, target material or performance requirement, preferred hardness where known, estimated order quantity, color, logo, packaging, destination market and target schedule. If information is incomplete, we can identify the open decisions rather than making unsupported assumptions.

A stage-gated development process
A typical project moves through requirement review, feasibility feedback, quotation, drawing confirmation, tooling where needed, sample evaluation, pre-production approval, production and final inspection. The exact sequence varies by product. Changes made after tooling or approval may affect cost and schedule, so decision records and approved files are important.
Design for manufacturing
We review features that can affect molding, demolding, wall consistency, tolerances, appearance, bonding, assembly and logo execution. Recommendations are discussed with the buyer before the design is frozen. This review does not replace the buyer’s own product engineering, regulatory assessment or intellectual-property clearance.
Commercial terms are project-specific
MOQ, mold cost, sample fee, lead time and unit price depend on the product geometry, process, number of colors, packaging and order quantity. Who owns the drawings and mold?
